Classroom Streaming Solution

Key Project Details

• Promax designed and installed a special broadcasting AV solution spanning 6 classrooms that allow the college to broadcast three courses at the same time. Using 2 classrooms per course ensured appropriate separation between the instructor and students in the classroom as well as the demonstrators.
• With the custom designed integrated AV solution in place, students have a seamless class experience, whether participating live or remotely, and as if everyone were in one space due to the installed large format video displays, cameras and sound system.
• The video and the sound are streamed through Microsoft Teams and the broadcast is controlled through a user-friendly virtual control interface.

Special Features

• The project was installed and the instructors trained to use the new technology within 2 weeks of the initial discussion.
